I think this product worked well for my needs. If anyone wants to improve their vaginal health after antibiotics or has BV this will help BUT I strongly believe this product caused a small acne outbreak. My skin is typically well behaved and I don’t do anything special with my skin care so I can usually tell what breaks me out. After I started consistently taking this, I got multiple acne spots in various areas of my face. The only way I got them to finally go away was to stop taking the probiotic. Pretty sad for me because I didn’t want to have to choose between vaginal health and skin health. I haven’t had any issues with my vaginal health since I’ve stopped taking it, I’m hoping it stays that way, but my skin cleared up completely again (another sign that the probiotics more than likely was the cause). I don’t say this to deter you from the product but just be aware this could or could not happen to you. Other than the acne, I did not experience any other symptoms (that I know of). Best of luckEdit: I took this product consistently for about 3 weeks until I couldn’t take the acne anymore. Also, since reviewing this product 2 weeks ago my vaginal health has remained normal and healthy! I’ve had intercourse during this 2 week break and I didn’t have to use boric acid at all. I think this product worked great. I may sporadically take them again and risk my skin health just to ensure these result are permanent. I’ve been suffering with BV for 8 months and I think it’s finally gone away with the help of these probiotics! I previously gave 3 stars but now I’ll up it to 4!

This is my third or fourth purchase. I waited to post a review because sometimes you try something and it works great at first then it begins to work less each time. This is not the case. I have been taking probiotics since 2009 now I can finally say my body responds well to this product. So many are too expensive to afford. The price seems fair.Easy to swallow and not too large. A dosage is 2 tablets which isn’t too bad. I was taking a product that required 3 tablets at a time. Who wants a mouthful of pills to make your system work?This one is formulated for women. A plus in my opinion. My gastroenterologist asked if I was taking my probiotics like I was supposed to. I said of course. No idea if it affected my last colonoscopy but alls good now.

Hate that I have to eat something to take it. Do vitamin gummies count? Anyways I wake up super early for work and like to take my probiotics at home since I work outside but I am never in the mood to have breakfast at 5am but this thing forces me to eat something before I start my day. Also don't really notice any changes in my vaginal health or digestive health as it claims. I was probably better off with that uro brand and spending more...
