The quality I get from this film is excellent, good density
I have been pleasantly surprised by this film. I have been shooting black and white since the 1970s and this matches any of the Kodak or Ilford film I have used. I expose Ultrafine 400 at either EI 320 or EI400 and develop in Ilford DDX. The quality I get from this film is excellent, good density, great highlights and very fine grain. I have not seen any significant variation in quality over many, many rolls. I have seen no image defects or backing paper print-through. The film base is thick enough, measures about the same thickness as Ilford 120. I have had no issues in manipulation. The spools and packaging seem to be good quality as well. I would certainly recommend this film for any purpose.

WOW - This film is REALLY GOOD. Lovely range even in hard light
I bought this for my Holga - looking for cheap film. I shot these images as a test (Bronica ETRS). Shooting at noon, sunny day in the winter - no problems. Great shadow detail and highlight detail. GOOD STUFF. Developed in D-76 1:1 following time/temp for ILFORD HP-5.
