Perfect for bread bakers and sourdough lovers
I love cooking outdoors and the wild.I was disappointed most of the recipes were from a sourdough. Maybe I’ll eventually get into sourdough baking but for those that don’t know it’s a live culture that you grow and nurture and to be honest sounds a bit of a faff. It’s a shame that a lot of the recipes start with “use the recipe for sourdough then do ....” there are other recipes but if I’d known it was predominately sourdough baking I wouldn’t have purchased it.It’s nicely written having said that and it’s a small paperback with the idea being its ideal to chuck in your rucksack and take with you.

excellent third book from fabulous baker brother as he extends his knowledge to baking outside. Recipes to catch the imagination and useful tips to enjoy cooking outside. Tom also runs outside baking. courses from his Gloucestershire home.

Handy book, inspirational pictures.
Handy book. Some good ideas and great recipes. Bought it more for the inspirational pictures though, it's lovely to read and plan the next trip's meals.

Pure inspiration for cooking with pizza ovens/ bbqs/ campfires/ generally outdoors. My boyfriend reads it every night before he goes to sleep!
