The sole on these is hard plastic with no rubber at all. Very cheap. The plastic broke the first time my son ran on the track with them. Save up and buy a good pair of track shoes. These are junk and not exactly safe to run in.

Even though I measured my granddaughters foot according to the instruction when we received these track spikes they were at least 1 size too big...wished that they had fit because she really thought that they were cute, and was afraid to order smaller because didn't want to have to return another pair.

Great, sturdy. This is the second year my daughter is paying in them.

Great shoe for the price. Ordered a half size up to help account for having wider feet. Extra spikes and tool included!

Great and reasonably priced shoe. The spikes are a little long if your purchasing for youth but you can get shorter ones
