Product was what I expected.
The only problem was in the shipping. It was sent in a made-on-the-spot box. Two parts of the Hovercart had poked a hole through the box. Luckily the product was not damaged.Hovercart was easy to put together. It looks durable and hopefully will be fun for the grandchild to use after Christmas.

Straps defect
I got one for my 7 year old and he loved it until the straps started to unravel and one broke causing him to lose control and run it up under a parked car. He's no bigger than 55 lbs and we used every precaution. Considering this was only the 3rd time he used it I find this to be dangerous and defective on the companies manufacturing side. Thankfully he had safety equipment on to protect him but he is now petrified it will happen again and will not ride it. Ended up being a waist of money and over something that could be prevented.

Super fun!
This is so much fun and allows you to really optimize the speed of your hover board! All 3 of my children enjoy it (ages 16 to 7) when it was bought for my 7 year old.

Cheap made
Broke first day I had it made for def smaller kids if a bigger kid was to ride this it may be difficult for them

Not Impressed
This is very fun. BUT I will say the grips on the bars have already peeled off and the straps have already broken. We have a different one from a different brand, we have had it 2 weeks longer and it still looks new. Very disappointed in this product.
