I've been taking this supplement since June (3 months) and I noticed an improvement in memory almost immediately. This one really works. I am now able to remind colleagues much younger than I am about things they said or what was planned. I no longer feel like I'm in a brain fog, I can memorize Bible verses, and I'm not going to a room and forgetting what I was about to do or misplacing my things as much. I'm only taking one capsule a day, instead of the two recommended and it works great. The capsules are easy to swallow, do not have an aftertaste, and do not irritate my stomach. Gingko biloba is a no brainer for memory boost, and this brand has great value for the money.

I ordered this as it is a large quantity for a low price and is the leaf extract, which is good. However, I just got the bottle and noticed that the 500mg that is so prominently listed in the add is per serving. Which in the small print is 2 pills. So effectively each pill is 250mg, not 500mg, which is still a good deal. Technically the listing is correct, but I thought I was getting 300 of 500mg pills. I ordered previously from another company and the dose was listed by the pill and suggested 2 times a day. So, the dosage was clearer. Merchant should have made this clearer in the listing. I would have still bought it as it is still a good deal, but I do not like how it seems they purposely did this to mislead the public.

I am feeling more energized and mentally clear after taking ginkgo. This brand is in a higher dose and works well for me. I have also noticed my eyesight and memory have improved when I take it regularly. I also feel more energized.

I've been taking this supplement for years on supposedly good advice. But as with many supplements the real effects largely cannot be definitively determined. I haven't noticed any downside however, and I would have to stop taking it to see any changes. When I've done this in the past with other supplements it's been difficult to notice any real change. But I keep buying it, so some part of me apparently thinks it's worth it.
