The ProsThis bracelet is very nice considering the price is under $20.00. What I love about the bracelet is the fact that it is lose but no so lousy gooosie that when you wave to a friend the bracelet is going to hit them in the eye by mistake.It feels very nice on the skin and I had no issues with the feel of it. However with the links being so big I had no issues of my arm hair being pulled by it. That being said if you are not exactly the same size as this bracelet it might cost you more to have a link remove than just paying for a $30 bracelet that’s exactly your size.I feel that it’s a real good purchase for those who want an inexpensive bracelet with their emergency can’t information information.The issue I have with the bracelet is the fact that I messed up on some of the contact information. If you are ordering this with an auto fill program on your computer or phone it might fill the phone number for you or change it without you realizing it.I contacted the seller to see if there was something I could do such as pay for the re engraving but we’ll see what happens. It’s my fault so I am not expecting much but if there is a mistake made by them they will send you another one. They gave great customer service in that directionBut if you make a mistake like me you might have to suffer. I’m I trying to see if I could get a new bracelet or pay for the engraving but husband said I was better off buying a new bracelet that is exactly my wrist size...but I like this one 😭But he is right...I can take off this bracelet without opening the lobster claspI also notice to many people tell if this is a normal piece of jewelry or emergency bracelet because the red logo is off to the side and not front center for medicalz to see it without visual issueMore ConsThe bracelet doesn’t fit my wrist and it would cost more to tailor the linksThe links don’t bother me but when putting in a jacket or styling my daughter hair they can become comber some and annoying because it does sit comfortably on your wristNether engraving is on the back and front but the front is hard to see because the engraving inside is more yellow or bronze as if the metal is planted which means it’s not true silver but silver platedI feel that if you were to wear this for a few months you’ll be taking to a jewelry to re engrave the emergency contact re engrave because daily wear is going to make it even harder to seeI think you are better off buying a bracelet that has a large logo of the medical symbol and the emergency information in the back of the bracelet so the daily wear won’t ever harm the important medical information that can save your lifeIf your on a budget and need a bracelet get thisIf your wrist are exactly the diameter of this bracelet get itIf you don’t mind having this until you can afford to upgrade get itBut if you can afford a $30 bracelet that’s closer to your wrist measurements then move on this isn’t for youHonestly you get what you pay for

I did highly recommend this bracelet earlier. This is the second I purchased. The first failed when the pin that hold the chain to the solid part broke. Previously it slid out and I pushed it back in. Eventually it broke. This was just before the 2 year warranty period. I purchased this second one. I received it Sept 14 or so. After 5 weeks the pin began to slide out. I was able to get a photo that shows how it works, it is like a cotter pin. I like so much about the bracelet, but the pin seems to be the weak spot. I'm not the only buyer with this problem. So at this point, I'm down to 3 stars and will start looking for another bracelet.

It’s not a bad bracelet. It fits my wrist perfectly and is secure, though the clasp looks somewhat too weak to endure time and use. The clasp is also a bit difficult to figure out, at first, but once you’ve got it, it’s easy-enough to fasten/unfasten. I was disappointed with the engraving. The font, albeit small, looks good, and the lettering accurate; however, the overall text block wasn’t well-centered vertically, the top line touching the top of the bracelet’s face, with noticeable space between the bottom line and the bottom of the face. As has been said by other reviewers, the font is small. I was expecting a wider faceplate. I’d be fine with it if not for the vertical centering issue. The overall look of the product is good. I like the chain, the location of the medical alert logo, which is prominently displayed on the left side of the face, in red. If only the engraving were better.

Loved that it came fast in the mail and was exactly as I had specified in the engraving. I do want to give people a heads up about the hinged ends that connect the center piece to the chain (I have them circled in red in my second photo) and say that though it’s a very comfortable bracelet and the hinges work to make it move with you, the corners are VERY sharp and can easily accidentally snag on clothes or skin and tear or (yes even this-) cut skin like a cat scratch. I had ordered this size (the 8.5) without really thinking much about it til it was too late. The looseness of this bracelet contributes mostly to the sharp edge being exposed so make sure you get one that is closer to or exactly the right fit for your wrist. It will help tremendously :)

Shipment was on time. The engraving on the bracelet for my medical alert is great and readable. I like the style and weight of the bracelet for a male's point of view. I have another medical bracelet that this one replaced because the other one is light weight and flimsy for a male that using his hands for work. Great bracelet, great look, great style and fashion. Also the clamp is on point. I will highly recommend others to purchase and feel great wearing it.

I changed my bracelet from the chain to links. I love it. The engraving is great and it looks quite dressy as well as practical. It is my medic ID. I had ordered the one pictured, but after reading all reviews and measuring my wrist, I realized I would not be able to shorten. I sent an email to the company asking if I could change to the one I have. They replied quickly telling me that would be ok. My bracelet arrived quickly, nicely boxed and with a polishing cloth. Would highly recommend this business.
