A powerful motivational read
This is pure motivated brain fuel! Beginning to end, this book touched on every emotional, mental, and physical blockage every creative/entrepreneur faces. I enjoyed the exercises set throughout the book to help you get organized, get your mind flowing, and clarify your goals.

Great book!
This book is great! It provides: recommended books, transparent moments of the author, explanations of dopamine and brain signals, an action guide at the end and real life experiences. I recommend this for people who struggle with being “stuck” the book explains how to close the loops in our brain and maintain momentum! Great tips! 10/10. To the author: thank you for being transparent and offering other great books to read! Can’t wait to read the rest of your books!

Perfect time to read this book!
I've been feeling lost the past few years dealing with medical problems that left me disabled. The process to get disability benefits was extremely stressful and consumed my life. I finally got my benefits and now I can focus on my future. I have a rare chronic pain disease and it has overtaken my body, but I still have my mind. I am ready to find my new purpose in life and take control of my life back. I needed this book to help me realize that I need to live with intent if I want to get my motivation back. I need to assess my current situation and make some changes to chart my new future. I learned so many things from this book that will certainly help me make better decisions, which will ultimately get my motivation back. Thanks for all the good advice and for writing this book.

quite motivating.
I’m glad someone understands my lack of motivation that can creep up and make a person stay on the couch all day.

we’ll worth the read and keep as a daily reference until you master the principles
If you are like me you will enjoy the theory but without keeping it close by daily you will soon forget all the potential it has to offer. Truer words were never spoken, it’s like attending a lecture and keeping notes, unless you revisit, apply and take action it’s just as well you never went. You just need to apply the relevant bits to your situation but one principle at a time not all at once or you’ll become more stuck and overwhelmed.

Autoayuda barata
