Walking on air
I was a bit concerned that using this would make my walking unsteady only because it is made of gel rather than cotton. To my surprise, this remains in place while walking and very comfortable.I purchased this to protect the heels of my feet that have a tendency to crack during the summer months when I only use slippers. I think this will do the job to protect my heels from exposure especially when I use slippers around the house.My suggestion is for you to remove them before you put on a pair of pants which makes it more difficult of you have this pair on.

Garbage will do absolutely nothing to help with heel spurs but it says they do !

Cushions a bone spur in the heel perfectly
This is perfect for a bone spur in the heel. I had a difficult time putting on a closed shoe because it put pressure on the spur. This added just enough cushion so that I could tolerate a shoe or a boot. Did the job perfectly until I was able to resolve the problem.

Sorry to say this products does not fit comfortably.
I purchased this product to help relieve heel spur pain, the product rolls up and down on my heel when walking, they are an uncomfortable fit, however, I continued to search the internet and found a "Heel Lifts" that has relieved my heelpain.

Wear them under or over socks
I love these pads- they stay in place and they are super comfortable. If you don't like the plastic-y feeling on your feet, you can also wear them on top of your socks.

Definitely Helps
The plastic gets sticky and dirty. I tried rinsing it once also and got a sticker clump as a result.They work though. Somehow, it as cushion and allows me to be on my feet longer. It can get hot in hot weather though.

No more heal pain
Didn't expect pad to be as cold as it was when I first put it on, but that wore off quickly, as did the pain on the lump on the bottom of my heel. Nice to be able to walk without that pain!

Why only 3 stars?
These work really well. Why am I giving it 3 stars? If you put the product on, I find it impossible to put my socks over it. If you put this product over your socks, you have to stretch it quite a bit and there is a little slippage in your shoe. I find that to be annoying that I have to mess around with them. However! If I put them on my naked little feet and then slip on my loafers or slippers, a real pain assist for my plantar fasciitis and heel spur. Not real expensive and nice to have on hand. Worth trying!
