Nice pattern, but a standard foam block!
Other than the nice pattern there is nothing special or higher quality about this product, than other much cheaper alternatives available.The foam is quite soft & not convinced it would provide the support required so I returned it!

Heavy duty and very nice!
This is a heavy duty, sturdy yoga block. Much nicer than most. Well worth the money if you’re willing to spend a little more for a block that will last a long time. I have had another one of these for a while and wanted to get another and stuck with this brand.
