I have an issue with my knee hurting when hiking/walking down an incline. Especially when the terrain is uneven when hiking. I have had this for years and have used a jumpers knee strap, which didn't always work. I decided to try this compression sleeve and be proactive wearing before I start hiking. So far after two hikes around 2 miles up and down hill with uneven ground, my knee has had no pain! Quality of the material is good. I have seen some comments that the silicone non slip strip on the top and bottom have irritated peoples skin. So far I have not had any issues. I went with a large size, not sure how to describe my leg size. I am 5'5" 168 lbs. The large size compresses but doesn't cut circulation, at least for me. I have worn it for close to 3 hours at a time with no blood flow restriction. I would recommend if you are trying to find something to replace a jumpers knee strap or have issues with patella tendonitis, which I think is related to my pain.

I’ve been using knee sleeves for a long time. I’ve had many types. I have Lyme disease and it attacks joints. So I walk with these especially after meniscus surgeries. What I want to say is that this is the best I’ve ever had. Just got it out it on and I am ordering for the other knee. Now I will have strong walking. Thanks for the best one yet! The sleeve is very comfortable and provides compression, but it doesn't feel like it allows for structural support. I am not returning the sleeve but will also be ordering a knee brace to wear.

I love that you order after measuring your knee so that this fits well. After a fall I needed a bit of stability on my knee while sleeping and this fit better than anything I've tried from the drug store. It's so soft and flexible that it will even slide over pajama legs so there's no waking at night because elastic is rubbing or pinching the skin. I only needed it for about a week but will keep it handy always.

Provided great support but like every sleeve I’ve tried, it wants to slide down. This sleeve wanted to roll on top making it hard to pull up effectively.

Best all day knee support I've ever found, hallelujah! Snug support on my knee, not too tight at top and bottom, and it doesn't slide down. And so soft! I measured according to the chart, but still found that one size larger was a better fit. I've already bought the other color, and I'm so glad I found these!

Most comfortable knee sleeve I've ever worn. From experience with previous products I decided to go with one size smaller than recommended for my 16.5" leg, and I'm glad I made that decision, even the small could stand to be a bit tighter, IMO. That said, if your leg is closer to the smaller end of the sizing chart recommendations, I'd suggest doing the same as me, otherwise I doubt you'll get the compression you're looking for.
