Sun Bulb Company 8303 Better GRO Orchid Plus, 16-Ounce Pack of 2

I use this on my orchids and it has roughly the same formulation as the MSU fertilizer everyone raves over and costs wayyy less. I am a biochemist, and I just searched the literature and the internet in general for an ideal formulation and this one is what I settled on. It has micronutrients as well. My orchids are very happy. Sometimes I use half strength but usually I use full.

The best orchid food. Will last forever because you only use a teaspoon for a gallon of water. I grow all my orchids in distilled water only (full water culture...roots are 1/3 of the way in water). I feed them once a week.

I come from a household where we’ve always owned orchids, but recently I have become more serious in my orchid collecting/care. I discovered this product because my boyfriend’s grandmother has stunning orchids and she uses this product to fertilize. I have integrated this into my weekly waterings and since using this product I have seen incredible new growth. My orchids have been putting out tons of new roots and leaves and seem to be thriving like never before! I water my orchids in the sink and give them a good soak and afterwards use my watering can to feed them with this product. I definitely am a true believer for this orchid food and will continue using from now on!

Great for orchids, but the packaging will NOT close properly to store & keep it from spilling or absorbing humidity . Had to transfer to a jar to keep it airtight. Same issue w/Bloom booster variety. Bought both & packaging zip closure is NOT functional.

I used this on some flowering plants (not orchids...just random flowers) because I was out of other plant food. All I can say is WOW. My flowers took off. I tried it on decorative sweet potato vine...another wow. I now buy this for anything I am growing. Get it. Works great on orchids, too by the way.

Nice formula for orchids potted in bark and cymbidiums. This formula includes magnesium so I don’t need to add Epsom salts to my water. Since my water has plenty of calcium but is low in magnesium, this works well for me in Southern California. I prefer this urea free formula for my orchids.

Since I have been using this product the leaves on my orchid are now nice and green and they have brighter flower on the plants. I have even used this on my Pansies and I have more flowers on my pansies and the colour is much different than prior use. A little goes along way. I have also grown a tuberose which is a tropical plant and it is blooming now in Washington state and this product has helped. It is the best orchid food I have uses so far . Will continue to purchase when needed

I've seen an excellent outcome on my indoor orchids using this supplement, I've got 2 orchids that bloom all the time now. One set of blooms finish and a new shoot appears.
