I love this punching bag speed ball. It works great, I use it every day. I find it to be very sturdy and reliable. This thing comes in pieces so you'll have to put it together but it's honestly quite simple and easy, comes with instruction and everything that's needed.pros:1. I bought this bag to do some boxing to be a little more active when stuck indoors. After getting this bag, I filled it with sand and blew it up. It is so easy to set up. I've since been punching and kicking to my heart's content and having a great time of it.

it's a great workout for me.

IT'S OKAY
I GOT THIS FOR MY BOYFRIEND AND HE LOVES IT BUT THE SPRING BUTTON TO CONNECT THE BAG AND POLE WAS BROKEN WHEN IT ARRIVED SO HE HASN'T BEEN ABLE TO TRY IT OUT... WHEN I GOT THE PACKAGING THE BOX WAS OPEN SO IT WORRIED ME IF I HAD ALL THE PARTS THERE. WHEN I PUT IT TOGETHER EVERYTHING WAS GOOD BUT THE PART THAT LOCKS THE BALL TO THE POLE :(
