I wanted to get into the reusable straw game without going with the typical metal route. This one feels great for the mouth My main gripe is that the straw definitely isn't strong enough to Pierce through a typical milk tea drink too. I ended up using the cleaner piece to help pierce a hole and then slowly make the hole bigger with the straw. It works, but would have liked the piercing Powe on the straw itself.

We are very happy with these reusable straws! We take them every time we go out, especially for drinks containing boba. They fit perfectly in the reusable cups we made too.Pros:- Easy to clean (straw cleaner provided!)- Works well for boba/smoothies/regular drinks- Easy to take on the go due to capsule- Mildew resistant- Soft/safe to use (won’t chip teeth)- No weird taste (e.g. metallic taste of metal straws)Minor cons:- Cannot pierce through plastic lids of boba cups- Attracts lint/dust when not kept in the capsules

Love that it’s reusable, but it comes already inside of the little plastic containers and the straws have a weird curve. Not a huge deal but just slightly annoying that they’re not straight. Also there’s 4 cleaning brushes to go with each straw which I feel is kind of wasteful but I guess if you give them as gifts then everybody will have a straw cleaner. super cute colors. Does what it’s advertised to do. Perfect for boba which is what I bought them for. Very soft and durable. The packaging also came with a little card that you can show your waiter/waitress to inform them about one use plastic straws and ask them to stop serving unless requested. Also liked that.

I would encourage everyone to buy a reusable straw. I looked at many products before settling on this and I am thoroughly happy with it. They come in a set of four so it was perfect for my family as each straw was differently colored! They are not straight as one reviewer mentioned but that does not affect function. It is neatly packaged in a pocket-sized container that will fit the straw and brush. They are easy to clean and you can boil them too! It would be handy to take along to the Boba shops! I also like the fact that the straws are made of silicone and soft! They feel fine in your mouth. My hesitation with metal straws would be the hard metal in your mouth. Although you can't puncture things with these straws, you can still easily suck up boba, pudding, grass jelly (I've tried them all). Overall, I feel as if I got my moneys worth as these straws were designed thoughtfully!

Planning on buying their normal width straws next!Good:- Each straw comes in a case/pod with their own cleaning brush- Easy to clean and portable- Doesn't get too hot/cold like metal straws- Color varietyNot so good:- Pointed tip cannot puncture a bubble tea lid- Case doesn't have holes for the straws to breathe (not a deal breaker but would be nice)

These are a really good value for a four pack of large straws with their brushes and cute cases. I like how convenient they are and how they keep the straws separate from the rest of the stuff in my bag. Also, stainless steel and glass straws can be dangerous. I’ve heard of the horror stories that those stainless steel straws can do. And lastly, this Hawaiian company was very helpful with my questions. And that means a lot to me.

These straws are just what I was looking for as an alternative for plastic straws since they are wide enough for boba and thick smoothies.I loved that, as a set of four straws, I was able to spread the no-plastic straw movement by gifting three away to friends. We just used them for the first time together, and we all loved them!As the straw is 100% silicone, it is too soft to puncture boba tea lids; however, we were able to use the ends of the supplied cleaning brushes to make the hole.I could have purchased metal straws, but I prefer that this one can fold to a more compact form when not in use.

So fun, and I can’t wait to use them and start saving the wildlife in the oceans! Everyone should order reusable straws!!!! Should be mandatory these days. These are great! Can use for everything not just boba. I will be using these in my iced/ blended drinks going forward.
