When the stand arrived we didn't notice there were two missing plastic boots/feet from the legs. The metal ended up scratching our table under the weight of the water jug when we set it up (nothing I couldn't repair but still disappointing). We left Rybak some feedback letting them know what happened. They immediately contacted us back, apologized to us for our trouble and refunded our money to make up for the damage to our table. We are very pleased to see that there are still companies out there that care about quality and making things right when a mistake happens. I would certainly buy from this seller again in the future. I wish that all companies stood behind their products like this!I have replaced the plastic feet on the legs and everything works as advertised. Good product.

This rack holds my five gallon water bottle and does it well. I would buy it again.

This item is very strong and well made. Holds a 4 gallon plastic water bottle perfectly. It has very good clearance which makes it easy to use when filling a container.

After extensive searching for such a niche project, I came across this one. I was comparing product reviews for less expensive options and didn't want to invest money in something of poor quality. Receiving this product confirmed my slightly more expensive investment was valid. This product is very well build, handles a large amount of weight, and comes with all the necessary pieces for a great combined cost. I especially like the carrying handle. If you're trying to decide between costs, expect to get you money's worth on either spectrum. This is the best option available.

I love that it is small and still looks aesthetically pleasing. I have 2.5 glass water containers. I bought an extra faucet, but the one that came with it works great!
