I ended up getting them to try. Ran through a few racks of ribs, a couple briskets, and even a couple corn beef. That’s just the main cooks. All in all, they are good pellets if you like the price. In the pork and poultry, you can notice a few different notes from standard pellets I have been using. I didn’t really notice too much difference in beef at all. There didn’t seem to be as much ash flying around which is good. If it were to have enhanced the beef, I would have rated it higher.

Do you like charbroiled burgers? Do you want that flavor in your brisket/ribs/chicken? These pellets are a must-buy, then, and worth the cost (which isn't that much). Mix them with whatever pellets you're using, and you'll be impressed with what it does to your food.

I mix this with various Traeger pellets as a 50/50 ratio and it works great and gives a nice rich smoke without any bitterness.

Using this on our grill with smoker. Our kids recommended it, we liked the flavor when served meats from their smoker and are enjoying it at our home now. Quick delivery and decent price for the bag. Flavored pork, burgers and steaks so far, yum!
