Great chew toy!
I would give this 5 stars as a teething/chewing toy. My daughter was 4.5 months old when we got it and id almost 6 months old now and it is still one of her favorite toys. That’s pretty good considering that everything else she gets tired of after about a week. She has not figured out how to use it to hold her bottles, however. It seems people are reviewing several different kinds of bottle holders here, so let me specify that we ordered the keyhole shaped version. We use both Dr. Brown and Madela bottles, and this works well to hold the Madelas. The doctor brown bottles are a little bit thinner around and this bottle holder just barely hold them. Most of the time they pretty easily fall out, although that is in part due to the fact that my baby swings this around with the bottle in it rather than holding it to eat. The loose fit on the doctor brown bottles may not be as annoying once she gets a little bit older and can handle the tool/toy better. Still though, it will *barely* hold them.I am tempted to give this three stars, but will give it four because I assume my baby is just a little bit young to use it effectively. The photo shows her in the brief window in which she actually holds it correctly. I turned around for 5 seconds and when I looked back the holder was wedged in the side of the lounger and the bottle was over her shoulder. =D

ranging from easily affordable to extremely pricey
We have tried several different bottle holder/learn to feed yourself products, ranging from easily affordable to extremely pricey. This is by far the best product along these lines that we have used. Our baby has low muscle tone as well as being a late teether (on the cusp of three at the same time) and he LOVES this product. LOVES IT.He prefers this feeder over most of his own toys. It's a learning device, a mama & daddy helper, a teether and apparently a great toy all in one.Fantastic price.Great design.Wish we would have found it sooner.

Useful, but not durable
I loved these, but they tore apart quickly. We travel a lot so I bought these as a way to help my son hold his bottle while driving. The rubber ring began to tear away from the hard plastic loop and the accordion/expandable rubber at the top pulls off from the plastic. This happens on all three holders that I purchased, which is why I had to purchase additional holders. After the last one my husband refused to let me buy more. They work, but the quality and durability isn't great. That is why I gave it 3 stars. I wish I could take pictures of them, but I threw them away about 3months ago.

Great for my 4 month old!
Great invention! I started using this with my daughter when she was 3 months old. At 4.5 months old she is already learning to hold it to keep her bottle in place should it fall out of her mouth while feeding. This is perfect for giving her a bottle while I do the dinner dishes or have to tend to my 4 year old. It fits my munchkin and lansinoh bottles just fine. The rubber around the device helps with slipping as well and makes it able to be propped on a blanket if need be.

Great extra hand
The Lil' Helper has been so handy. My baby is only a little over 2 months, so she is not holding it. But when I need both hands it is very useful. I'm able to prop it up on her belly and she can eat while I either shop or drive. I don't worry she might choke because cannot take it away. She simply pushes the bottle out of her mouth when she's done.I know this will be even more handy once she starts learning to hold/grab things on her own.

Works best with younger babies in reclined sitting position
The Lil Helper does make it much easier to feed our 5 month old, especially when out at restaurants where she is in her carseat. Best used with 8oz bottles. (The 4oz can be too narrow, but that is mainly a bottle brand issue.)You cannot set it and forget it - will easily tip to the side falling out of their mouth if they cannot hold on.As our daughter grows up, I am sure this will continue to be a favorite feeding tool!

Disappointed.
Love the idea, color and functionality; BUT it doesn't fit well with the Avent natural bottles (they are too wide necked). I broke mine trying to fit it on the bottle and could not find it worth it to spend money on another. Probably will not buy another one in the future :/ Disappointed.

Tips over too easily.
This doesn't help my baby at all. If she turns her head even the slightest bit, it tips over, causing the bottle to come out of her mouth. I can get it to work, for literally about 30 seconds before it tips over. Maybe a wider base would help.
