Didn’t last long, charging was hard , would say worth buying a slightly more expensive one

I ordered this on the 23rd December 8pm after I had a little chat to my son about what would be the best present Santa could bring from his (very short) list and a Fitbit was his answer, I explained that Fitbits are expensive and I didn't think Santa would be able to sort that one at which he said, I'm sure whatever Santa brings will be brilliant.Id bought his presents, but as I hadn't spent a lot on them and he is so thankful for anything he gets, I thought Id have a look for an "extra". I arrived at work quickly logged on and found this. I didn't want to pay a lot and certainly wouldn't pay for a branded version, as I wasn't sure how much he would use it. Despite stating that it would arrive by next day, I was expecting that it wouldn't,... it arrived, the Amazon delivery lad was so polite, My son was so excited that Santa had brought him the "Fitbit" I thought he was going to pop.... It went straight on to charge and was full within about an hour. My son is a very slender 9 year old so even on the tightest setting, the strap is a little loose, but worn over a sweatshirt sleeve its actually fine. He loves running around the house seeing how many steps he has done, he's not allowed to wear it for sports at school which is disappointing, but Im hoping that once he starts cross country outside of school he will wear it and get full use. For the money, it's amazing, easy to use, and looks just like more expensive trackers.

It's cheap and you get what you pay for. My 6 year old wanted one and this serves his purpose of an easy watch and a step counter. He likes the heart monitor although obviously doesn't understand it and I doubt its accuracy. He likes his watch and wears it constantly.It only seems to remember that days data and if synced will not pull previous days so if the data is important you'd need to sync regularly through the day.It has a couple of times pulled sleep data but on the whole it doesn't or its hugely inaccurate.When plugged in to charge it loses the date so needs syncing once recharged.

Sirs, I could not programme the watch maybe because of modern technology and the fact I’m new to it. I am trying to send it back to you but having difficulty with printing the label. I would like a refund but the Amazon label for return will not let me print it on my printer.

Brought for Sons 11th birthday, cheap and cheerful he thinks its great cos its "fit bit" he can record his steps and has worn it constantly, hes learning to tell the time as well which hes never been interested in until now, I would say its not the best if you are looking for accurate measurements but for a kid who isn't going to look after it, loose it down the side of his bed, leave it in school its great!Been charged 2 times in 5 days so battery life is much shorter then what was advertised

I know it’s cheap at £10.98, but you have to try and work out how to use it, the instructions are sparse, and I still can’t get mine connected to WiFi, I registered it, then when it says to log in, it says I’m not registered, it’s just a waste of money!!!Wish I hadn’t bothered really

got this product for a gift, it's only been used a couple of times and has unfortunately broken

The description in Amazon suggests a sleep monitor of some sorts. How this is done I do not know, there is nothing like that on the menu options. Press the button and it cycles through clock, steps, distance, calories, heart rate,blood pressure, battery level, mac address and back to clock. So not sure how the sleep monitor works, or what the 4 sports mode are. Slightly disappointed, maybe i'm expecting too much.I was interested to see the blood pressure results however i find the results to bear no resemblance to the values you get when taking it with a pressure monitor on your arm such as an Omron device or at the doctors.
