I am not a fan of Sauerkraut but bought this for gut health. I actually loved it. It’s delicious and I had to ration myself as I gather too much could have upset my gut. I will certainly buy more for both myself and my gut.

This sauerkraut is amazing. Excellent texture, colour, taste and very, very flavoursome. Contains cabbage and salt. Zero water or additives. I love it.

I love this stuff and it is great for my digestive system. Greatly reduced the bloating that I have had for many years. I make my own Sauerkraut at home now but still occasionally buy this while waiting for my own to mature
