PERFECT! 95XJ...Looks great, fits perfect & easy to install. Oh & you can’t beat the price! I’ve completed a lot of hard rock crawling trails & man this thing holds up to it all. Didn’t use templet at all. Also I came in to the air box from the side , not the bottom. This gives you more room so it doesn’t snag on anything. I did have to modify my air box inlet but it was definitely the way to go. Just make sure you use top quality sealer to seal your snorkel. I also made covers for the snorkel hoses under fender so rocks don’t damage it. I am a 100% stocked on this product & I am definitely buying one for my wife’s TJ. Also I was really surprised to see the difference the snorkel made on my throttle response & my gas mileage. Cool clean air form above really boosted my XJ power. Thumbs up!

Template was pretty accurate for my install. Had to do away with the in fender washer fluid bottle but will make do. Looks and performs great. Didn't come with instructions so watch some videos on install. Pretty simple and str8 forward. Love it!

Ok first the good things, it’s made of a solid plastic. Have had it for a while now, and hasn’t sun bleached or warped in the sun.Installation is not the worst in the world but it does require you cut a few holes in your vehicle. If you’re uncomfortable doing that, don’t buy this, everything is sorta permanent once you get started.It’s got just about everything you need in the kit, however…Here’s the negative stuff. There’s no instructions AT ALL, and the paper stencil is trash. I managed to find a use for it but damn all the measurements are wrong, so measure everything yourself MULTIPLE times!! I went through and it still sat on the fender a bit crookedly, but I can’t tell if it’s from the snorkel or I was off with my measurements.The next thing, those pop rivets are a bit jank, but so far they’re holding. And for me, I don’t know if it’s a common problem but there are four bolts that fit on the snorkel and run through the fender, they’re just slightly not long enough, and I had to do a but of work to get the nuts on the ends. With that in mind they’re also placed in a spot inside the finder where you might have to get creative with tools or just have small hands to place them on the end of the bolts.Last, the fitting over the air intake is not perfect, so you’ll have to trim the filter box, and cut a hole in the bottom of the engine bay to accommodate the new tube. There were some gaps still and didn’t make a perfect seal but some flex-seal will be enough to solve that problem.Overall good kit, but could use some instructions, thankfully there’s YouTube

Even though there isn’t instructions with this kit it is an easy install. Granted I took my finder off my xj for other repairs, everything lined up. Needed to buy a 3 1/2 hole cutter and then do more trimming to one side for perfect fit. The material is very sturdy and looks amazing.

Now I can go through the creek instead of trying to find away around the creek

The plastic on this is very good quality and the installation is fairly straightforward. If your mechanically inclined its easy to install but there are very awkward instructions to read but like I said as a mechanic I understood pictures lol.Secondly don't buy this product and drive into a pond. First off it's not the only thing your gonna need to do that and second off it doesn't seal and mate together well. This is pretty much for looks only. There isn't a very good spot for an air filter and there isn't a very good route to the intake so before you buy this rember ITS ONLY ASYETIACLLY FUNCTIINAL.

This was an outstanding fit and the quality is beyond acceptable for this price point. I went ahead and hard piped it into my airbox vs the flexible hose just for more durability.

Product was pretty easy to install, the supplied template was a good start....but not extremely accurate. Do recommend using loctite on studs for the snorkel and do not tighten them down all the way before installing onto fender. Also, I relocated my pcm to the inside of the cab and used the spectre inline air filter rather than use my stock air box as to gain room for a future "house" battery install. Included some pictures of pcm relocation, hole saw size needed for install and a pic of what it should look like when done!
