We've been using the enzyme while learning to use and eat beans in our diet and it's been a big help not to have it be a painful experience! Much cheaper than namebrand and just as useful.

I'm trying this new brand of product known best as "Beano". Its price is so much better than the original. And since one is supposed to take a few in each dose, that makes great sense.

Helps reduce gas, but does not eliminate it usng the dose recommended. I have stopped taking this product (and any similar, like Beano) after reading an article which convinced me that digesting "difficult" foods in the small intestine with this additive starves the bacteria in the large intestine which can indeed digest them and which do good things for the body. Passing gas is not to be feared. Malodorous gas comes from foods containing sulfur such as garlic. Such foods are good for us.So, bottom line* -- if you need to reduce gas for a social occasion, this product will work somewhat. But my recommendation is NOT to use this product every day (as I used to). \ted* I did not intend this pun, but I like it.

This product has given me so much more freedom. Eating veggies used to leave me miserable with abdominal cramps, nausea, loose stools, and painful trapped gas. Using this product has helped tremendously. I still experience gas, but it's not trapped and painful. I don't know that eliminating gas caused by food is even possible. If eating veggies gives you these same symptoms, this product may or may not help, depending on the cause of the symptoms. I encouraged my mom to try it because she had experienced similar symptoms, yet she saw no improvement. If you've tried Beano and it works for you, this should too since it's the same ingredient.

I love these. No more ridiculous bloating after a salad, pasta, etc. It’s an enzyme that reacts with the things our bodies struggle to digest.....therefore making it easier to digest. No more uncomfortable side effects and uncomfortable pants everytime I try to eat healthy!!

Good product and well worth the money.

Not as potent as Beano; where Beano will take two Bean-zyme will do it in four or more, which make me wonder how good it is for you in this quantity. Bean-zyme feels the need to charge much more for its Vegan offering, thanks Bean-zyme.
