This is a very nice, clean mix of microgreens. It's a 'sulforaphane' mix, meaning that it's been blended to be high in a nutrient called glucoraphanin, which when digested by the human body, produces sulforaphane. For background, sulforaphane is a compound in many vegetables (particularly cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, cabbage, etc. plus others such as kale) that is being actively studied, and shows promise as an anti-cancer compound, helps with blood sugar control, nerve protection from aging, and is touted as an anti-inflammatory. That's a lot of potential benefits.So, this is a 1lb bag, which will last a very long time, even if you're growing enough for several people. I grow 10"x10" greenhouse flats as pictured, and it takes a week to ten days to harvest, with each flat lasting me for about a week with me eating a salad made from them at lunch. I just take a handful of these, throw them in a bowl, top with some protein of some kind, add some additional flavors like some olives, some feta or blue cheese, and have a nice, filling meal.I did the math (and unfortunately can't find my notes), but if my memory serves me correctly, it costs me $0.40 in seeds to grow a flat that serves as the base for 5 lunches. That means that each lunch costs me about $0.08 in seeds for the greens part. Add on top of that a can of tuna and some olives, and I've got a super-health lunch that costs me something like $1.50, including the dressing.These are easy to grow, are very cost-effective, and are absolutely delicious, with no bitterness at all. I will be buying these regularly going forward.

I sell a lot of micro greens at a farmers market, I have been very happy with these seeds, germination is great and the price is better than most other sellers. If you are just growing for yourself you might not use them all up before they loose there viability.

I have been growing Microgreens for many months now! These micro greens are of excellent quality! The first photograph shows them after two days and the second photograph shows my micro greens after four days. I will let them grow for a minimum of six days before I begin to consume them! The flavor of these is outstanding, the germination rate is excellent. I grow these under a little grow light kit. I store my unused seeds in the vegetable bin of my refrigerator! I grow my micro greens on top of coco coir pads in water! This is so easy!

These were great micro greens and the only reason for four stars were the slow rate of growth. I grew these with another seed variety from a different source and these took double the time to grow in the same conditions. Not sure why but I have to attribute it to the seed. I’ve grown these a second time and got the same result slow growth. Overall good seeds and great value with awesome yields and sprouts so if you can wait an extra three or four days to harvest go for it!

I'm new to sprouting at home but got sick of paying $4.79 at the grocery store for a small portion. Bought mason jar sprouting kit and watched videos to sterilize and then grow properly. Used vinegar/water mix for 15 min's and then rinsed several times. Turned the mason jars tilted on their little stand with the dark cover over the jar. Rinsed two times per day. Sprouts within 2 days. Removed cover on 4th day and they were in the frig by day 6 (in an airtight snapware glass container) with full sprout growth ready for smoothies, salads and sandwiches.

I do not ove plant with this product. Seems like every seed pops like it should. Price is a bit high. I wish I could buy in 20# bags at minimum. 5 gallon bucket would even be better.

I grow these at home for my personal consumption and they grow perfectly under a small grow light.~8g in a 10x10 tray gives me enough for a week for two people.
