A very good product, especially for summer, but keep in mind that it doesn't have a water connection! Otherwise, everything's fine. You can mount it on the wall. You can change the connection to the other side if you need to. It's the perfect size.

A life saver!! This thing is so rad! It’s easy to clean and I would know my 18 month old has been playing in it he thinks it’s his sink. I’ve had to clean dirt out of it so my dogs could get clean fresh drinks lol

Works as advertised. Hook up is standard 1/2” MPT. It appears to be almost bulletproof. The water bowl slopes toward the front, so the water is deepest right at the lip, which is a good design. The plumbing appears to be nylon, which is not particularly robust in UV, so I’ll put a shade over it to block the intense AZ sun.

So far, the trough has worked great. I set it up with a 4" PVC reservoir above it with an end cap for a lid. The float IS adjustable, so you can dial in the level.Every morning I dump a pitcher of clean water into the reservoir, and the chickens are using it every day. Eventually, I'm going to hook it up to a rain water collection tank.

Only wish we had known about this sooner. We no longer have to fill water bowls for our dogs. It is sturdy, easy to install and works very well.

Mounted to wall super easy. Little bit difficult in tracking down the right fittings to run off the water spigot. Did not come with extra float as advertised so if you're buying this to get two don't multiple reviews stating they didn't get the extra one.

We love this waterer for out dogs in their outside play yard . The automatic float keeps refilling it all summer so no worries on hot summer days. We bought a second for our Mexican home as well.

Honestly the worst product I've purchased from Amazon. I bought 5 of these waterers for my barn. when they were first installed, they all leaked out of the side hole where you can hook them up from either side. I had to coat them all in flex seal to stop them from leaking there. now out of the 5, only 1 of them works. the others will either fill up and overflow because the float doesn't work or find some other hole to leak out of. I have waited too long to return them thinking I would be able to fix them but it isn't happening. now I just have to leave a bucket under them and empty it morning and night to keep from ruining all my shavings. I know they're cheap but you'd be just as good to just use a bucket. DO NOT BUY
