Description was for 1000 cups and pictures was for box of 20 packages of 50 cups. Saw comments on people receiving 500 cups. At listed price, 500 would have been incorrect but still a good deal. However, I received only one package of 50 cup not so returning.Update, Just checked the return label, noted as 17 lbs package. Original shipping notification was for a bulk shipment but came regular ups . . .

These cups are...cups, without coating but are thick enough for hot things, like grandma used to use for hot chocolate when I was a kid. You will also enjoy a cost savings over the styrofoam coated version, as these are 3-5 cents less per cup.Dixie is a quality brand with a fine array of quality products. Thanks Georgia-Pacific!

I work in a medical office and usually buy our coffee cups for our lobby at SAMS. Thought I would give this a try so I would have to go out shopping in the unbearable cold lol. As someone who consistently has to buy products such as this, let me tell you this is a steal for the price. Cups are nicely insulated, and the fact that they aren't just plane ol white is nice, adds a fancy touch lol. Very pleased, will never go to SAMS again. My only complaint, is we have a small office and I have little space to store so may of them!

Definitely these are not Hot Cups, it doesn't insulate well, it burns your hands.It is Ok for room temperature drinks although the paper starts getting soft after 2 consecutive servings

Ordered a case of 1000 cups, received a box with one sleeve of 50 cups. Have requested the missing 950 cups or refund. Received refund but will have to reorder form someplace else.

We use it in our small office (3 people and guests). Lasts for weeks, clean, known by everyone and not a big deal if an extra cup is wasted because they're not too expensive.

This product not as advertised, cheep quality, I will going to buy again

Finally had a chance to try these. They last longer than the Dixie cups with the attached foam. The attached foam ones leak after the first day of use around the bottom. These cups are great. I can use a cup for 2 days (6 cups of coffee) without any leaking. That means, this box should last me 5 years. The top is also universal with the 12oz Dixie cup lids from the foam cups I had already purchased. I can re-use the lids for these cups and buy more lids if need be. I am highly pleased with these cups.

These cups go very soft and stat to come apart at the seams after about 10 min. not worth buying I can use 1 solo cup all day

All was good.
