- Rare, and sought after coffee from the small southwestern area of Ethiopia, now recognized for developing the "honey process" aka the "naturally pulped" drying process and now popular in Panama, El Salvador and Costa Rica, and other Central American countries.
- High grown at 1450 to 1600 meters
- From the farm of Gashaw Kinfe Deste in village of Biftu, Bench Maji, Ethiopia
- Intense sweetness, but with sharp fruitiness ranging from fresh fruit at city roast to dried fruit and bakers chocolate at full city+ roasts.
