Easy to swallow and seems to be working so far. Takes a few weeks to get into your system, but then you notice changes to your skin.

I lost a lot of hair after Covid. After 6 months of using this vitamin my hair looks grat and coming back.

I didn’t notice any difference in my hair, skin or nails. I have a good routine as it is and use quality products; I eat healthy and take vitamins so maybe this is as good as it gets for my age.It has quality ingredients but since I didn’t see any positive results, I won’t be buying again.

I take VERY good care of myself. I eat clean, I use the best, most natural products.Red Carpet takes care of your skin from the inside. I notice if I run out, the skin on my calves starts getting a bit dry, craving the moisture I get from this product. I try not to run out. It's a staple in my health care regimen. It's a clean, natural product, and I love it!

Waited a month to write this review because I wanted to truly try it out first. Went through a whole bottle and my skin the past month has been amazing!! As soon as I ran out I broke out… cystic acne + wearing a face mask. I just got my second bottle yesterday and took two pills, I woke up today with my cyst almost fully down! I love these vitamins! I will continue to buy! My acne and back-ne haven’t been this clear for a long time.
