This statue is beautiful and a great size and well made . I would have given it 5 stars but I've only had it a month and small area of paint on top by the head has already begun to peel ...The manufacturer claims it can withstand harsh cold weather and we are in midsummer .. I probably will store in my garage although I had planned on keeping it out all season but I'm afraid the paint will continue to peel

Nice well-crafted, good looking sculpture. I didn't realise how well made it is until, ironically, it blew off of a burial mound, fell four feet, and cracked open the head. Then I noticed that it is hand-laid fibre glas with polyester resin. I used to work with fibre glas professionally and I was impressed with how well the seems were dressed and the care with which it was constructed. I'm sad that it broke, but I'll fix it. Whn I say that it blew down, it makes it sound like it's light, but it isn't--it's a good, sturdy sculpture.
