Broken Zipper
Unhappy with this purchase. I bought 2 of these as I have twins. My daughter's lady bug bag is perfect however, one of the zippers on my son's puppy back brok after the 2nd day. Now the zipper itself opens from the opposite end all the time. It's a shame because it really is a nice bag, I wish I could get a replacement as the bag was no a cheapie!
