Works well after you spend a half hour searching the internet for instructions. The gel pens require quite a bit of twisting to first get them to put out the gel, just take it slow so you don't over twist when it finally starts coming out.Once you figure that out the gel goes on easy. The only thing that would make it better was if they had a gel pen where the brush was on a 45-degree angle for teeth further back.The mouthpiece is comfortable and not bulky while in use. There is a small notch on the inside top so that your top front teeth will hold the guard snug.The cord is a bit awkward with the 3 cord split at the end; I wish it was a single USB cord with converter attachments. There is also only an iPhone, micro USB, and a regular USB plug. It does not have the modern USB-C for newer Android devices. If you happen to have a portable battery charger you can plug it into that and it works great though.I haven't used it enough to give a review on product effectiveness, but I will report back.I'm upgrading this to 5 stars. This does in fact whiten teeth very well. If I quit coffee for a month I bet it would work even better. I went from a 6 to a 3 (1 being the best) on the whitening scale after a month of use, roughly every other day.Worth every penny.

This is seriously the best teeth whitening product I've ever used. I have really sensitive teeth and this is the one and only product I've ever tried that doesn't give me those crazy zingers!

Ordered two for the price of one. They reeled me in. I started using 30 minutes per day for two weeks, no change. I was getting several emails a week after I bought the product. Then I wrote a complaint. Haven’t responded and emails stopped. That tells me something. Horrible product! Would not recommend it to anyone. I’m 64 and have beautiful straight teeth. No cavities, no nothing. Great teeth! This is just another scheme to get money.

I hated my yellow teeth and the Dentist charges $400 for whitening. I wanted something that was easy to use at home and at a lower cost. This works!!!!!! Within a week I noticed my teeth looked whiter! And now, almost a month later my teeth are noticeably whiter! I never had any sensitivity either. Very pleased with this product and would recommend!

Only thing I would change is the plug kinda crazy with four different charging ends but none that fit new galaxy s9+

This kit is seriously the only thing that will whiten my teeth. I've had numerous, painful professional treatments from my dentist and they didn't work nearly as well as this! Plus, this causes no pain at all!! I'm in love. Will be a Snow customer for life!!!
