I purchased this for my classroom as a way to get the students attention. Installation was SUPER easy. Plug it in and then push the button on the remote. That is all it took. Kids love it. Works great and is loud enough with a room of 24 students. There is no volume control though and I am sure it would not last outside in the elements. I purchased it for use inside a classroom and it is working out well.

My husband got some new head sets but wanted to be sure he could still hear me. We had talked about getting some kind of noise maker but also something that was a visual signal. I found these cute little door bells. He set it up in his game room and I usually call him in the morning. He sees the right light up. I got this in his favorite color lime green. I had surgery and can't couldn't call out while I was recovering. These things were great. They come with mostly a bunch of variants of "Ding Dong" and "Westminster Chimes". But our favorite are the songs. There are Christmas songs like Jingle Bells, Santa Clause is Coming, classic pieces like 5th Symphony and Ode to Joy. But our faves are the march of William Tell and Overture of 1812. Wish the 1812 was a bit longer. I want to get this in blue for my room so he can page me if I'm using head sets as well. We both are very quite and don't like to yell or get up so these doorbell pagers are great. I can't say how weather proof they are because we use them indoors. Durability indoors is great. We've had it over a year and no issues. Definitely recommend. Love all the color choices too.

I have owned two of these for different apartments, and they both were very handy. It's nice how you can change the ringtone and volume level of the doorbell. I used the sticker (vs screw installation) for both and they held fine, so you don't have to really do much to install it. The range has worked from a backdoor to the third floor of a house and for a front door up to the second floor on the other side of a building. Basically, it works well, has options, easy to install, and you get to pick its color. It's worth it.

I love that the placement is perfect for my needs. I purchased this as a recommendation from another teacher. Unfortunately we have moved to keeping our classroom door locked. This is a perfect solution to know when someone is at the door or to let a student back into the class. It has a great ring and not to loud but it is loud enough to hear.

Iove this doorbell!!! So I put this in my room so when someone walks by or wants to come in they just ring the doorbell but one issue is there are different sounds on the doorbell and when I pick one out and ring the doorbell it doesn't make the sound I picked out but maybe I'm doing it rong. Lol

If you want a great (and fun-colored) wireless doorbell, this is it. I didn't want to spend a ton of money, and this has been perfect! The volume has 4 settings. I use the second level because it is plenty loud for my set up. The number of tones is awesome. Just know that most are the musical type that last for several seconds (like a short ringtone); only a handful are short "ding-dong" types. My favorite option is the barking dog! You do have to cycle through all of them to get back around, so be patient. If you unplug the receiver, you will have to reset both the volume and the tone when you plug it back in.I mounted the push button on a concrete block wall. The receiver is inside that same wall, and about 30 feet away. I left the push button up all year on the included mounting tape, then had to struggle to take it down because that stuff is strong. To re-mount it, I used the white 3M wall-mounting sticky pads.

Works great for what I needed. I was needing some way for my mother to call when she needed me, in the other room. She has the button beside her and the ringer is in the kitchen. She is 99 yrs old.

I use this in my classroom as a way to get students’ attention when we are doing active work or group work and it is time to switch or pause. It is perfect! The sound is so much less annoying than using a buzzer or old fashioned bell and my students do great at responding immediately when they hear it go off. I love that you can set different tones. We are excited to use all the Christmas ring tones in December!
