Let's start with my being 6'5" and 250 lbs. with an 18-1/2 inch neck. I purchased a Geeraf in stainless, size XL, thinking I might luck out. Not today. The unit I received was waay too small and there was no way to adjust the length out to something that I would have felt comfortable wearing (this thing is screaming for an adjustable, one-size-fits-all-behemoths version).On the Geeraf itself: It's great. It's a single piece of spring steel wire that serves as a personal cable management system for your earbud wires. It's very well-made, lightweight, and comfortable (at least my wife thinks so, with her 12-inch neck...). I loved the idea, but even the 'XL' isn't for big guys. I'd probably need something like a 'XXXXL', which is too bad, because I really like the Geeraf.Conditionally recommended.
