The water at our house is really hard. We have little orange rings around our drains, and orange stains on our white tub. I was tired of having them blamed on hair dye, so when I read about this I figured, why not?It works very well. Now, there is a caveat. The first few times you turn your shower on, the water comes out gray from the charcoal in the filter. Just let it run a bit and it clears up quickly. After a few showers, the gray water doesn't show up again.My skin feels much better, my hair isn't a sad mess and the only red stains in my tub are actually from hair dye. Fortunately, Magic Erasers take care of that problem. (We still get hard water stains around the sink drains, put if we put some onion slices on them, they go away pretty quickly. Who knew?)

I was skeptical at first at using a filter my shower. After my first use I can easily say this is one the best personal purchases I've made for my home. The filtration makes the water noticeably softer against the body and for the first time in a while I got out of the shower and didn't feel itchy after drying off. Installation was straight forward and I had everything cleanly installed to my liking within 10 minutes. I also lucked out that the chrome color option matched my existing show head. I highly recommend anyone who is on the fence for buying this product to hit the checkout button immediately.

If you are worried about these filters affecting your water pressure or flow on your shower, you should know that there are no problems at all. Really impressive how well they work.

I have very sensitive skin so needed a filter to filter out the harsh water that comes out my regular shower head. I will continue to order replacements when needed

This is my second filter. You can definitely tell they work. We have horrible well water and it has helped filter a lot of the junk out. I usually have to buy a whole new shower head because of the build up. Just replaced the filter and the shower head is fine. The security stickers are a pain. You have to do a lot scraping and pulling. Took me longer to do that than to install the filter. Some type of design fault? Not sure.

Only a trickle of water is coming out! Not enough flow to shower with! Very disappointed.

Easy to replace and works well filtering water. Very good tip to heat up the covers with a hair dryer to ease the glue and remove the adhesive covers. Other than that, good, I am happy with it.

This product was no where near as good as another brand I usually used. It did not make my hair feel any cleaner. I could feel a residue on my hair after showing with this filter. Do not recommend.
