Impossible Mocha says it's a superfood and it contains a wide array of vitamins, minerals, antioxidents, phytonutrients., along with pre-biotic fibers from apple extract. Ok, maybe, but there's no information to confirm any of this on the nutritional facts label. The only thing the label does tell you is there are 4 grams of fat, 2 of which are saturated, 2 grams of fiber, 0.2 grams protein, 0 cholesterol, 0 sodium, 0 vit D, 0.1 calcium, 0 iron, 0 potassium. A whole lot of zeros and nothing to show any vitamins, minerals,e tc. There is a photo of label on the listing for information. To use you can drink hot or cold or blend with smoothies and shakes. I tried the initial recommendation to put 3 rounded teaspoons into a 1/2 of water. First, it will not blend, no matter how much your stir it. You end up with a clumpy mess. Maybe if it was added to a protein shake and blended it wouldn't be noticeable. Don't know because I wouldn't dare put this in anything else and ruin it. This tastes like rancid oil, absolutely disgusting. There is no mocha flavor at all, just a rancid oil flavor with a slightly fruity essence. I can't say that it is rancid and perhaps I just got a bad lot because it's labeled best by 03/22. Perhaps it's rancid or maybe it's not rancid, just tastes that way. Of course they have no guarantee and it can't be returned, so I just paid $12 for something that has to be thrown out. Wouldn't even let an animal eat it, so it's totally useless.

It just wouldn't call this Mocha. If you are using it for a nutrition boost, yes, great. But I am trying to use it as a coffee creamer and smoothie flavor boost. I just wouldn't call this Mocha, more just like cocoa powder in flavor. Not what I was hoping for.

This product is a great healthy alternative to a sugar laden coffee or cocoa. I recently switched to a paleo lifestyle, and found this product to try. I've once reordered it three times. It isn't very sweet, but it has a nice smell and subtle mocha flavor. Because of the yerba mate, it doesn't hype me up like regular caffeine. Don't expect it to taste like a hot chocolate or Starbucks mocha. But if you want a healthy alternative that suffices, this is it.

The taste reminds me of Carnation Instant Breakfast drink. It's not very sweet and has a slight malty flavor especially in the aftertaste. It doesn't taste at all like a mocha latte, or anything at all coffee-like, and won't satisfy that craving for me. I'm kind of disappointed. I may try to use it up in smoothies, as I don't think I want to drink it on its own.

I am in love with this! It’s not too sweet (which I was scared of) and very creamy! I drink it with warm soy milk and it has replaced my longing for a drive to Starbucks! My husband likes to add it to his soy latte as well. Will buy again!

This kind of taste like cake mix but has a strange after taste. Overall, not bad helps with the hot chocolate carving.

It didn’t dissolve well well mixing it stayed in clumps did not like that haven’t even use two of the three I ordered and the third one Is still full honestly I wish I would’ve never ordered this product

This product was a great treat for me and my daughters after we adopted a sugar free lifestyle. It makes a smooth and creamy hot drink. We love it. It is a bit expensive but for an occasional treat it is worth it.
