Easy smooth purchase. Arrived on time and in good condition. Had the Bosch dishwasher we wanted in stock when no one else did. The Bosch is super quiet and very well made.

Unit's digital display cover fell off after about 2 months of usage. Due to limited warranty of a year and our Kitchen not being completed for over a year, it's out of warranty. What a joke, so cheap for cost of product.

This is an awesome dishwasher. So qiluiet it really needs that red light to tell you it’s on. I opened it a number of times while it was running w/o thinking. My dishes-no matter how dirty when they go in- come out sparklingly clean.

Does a pretty decent job cleaning the dishes, so that's what the stars are for.Drying overall is pretty poor.The most annoying thing is the lack of a good way to wash wine glasses. There's no good place to put them. No room on the middle rack. And they don't stand up on the bottom rack due to the layout of the rack itself.I would NOT buy this dishwasher again as it is literally worse than the cheap dishwashers in low rent apartments.

My only concern with this model, after tons of research, was the drying. So far so good. Everything dry at the end of the cycle.

Do not purchase from this seller the item is defective.

It is a feature rich dishwasher very well designed with three racks for dishes/cutlery, drinking glasses and large serving utensils. It does a very good job at cleaning but, for myself, all that cleaning goes to waste if the dishes are not absolutely dry. I have tried every combination of cleaning cycles on the Bosch.I have two panel ready dishwashers that I had to buy for my new kitchen and bar area. I bought the Bosch first and tired it out (was not impressed). Both dishwashers are in the same price range/features/quietness.The other dishwasher is a KitchenAid (American brand). The KitchenAid has the same features as the Bosch with an added bonus of internal lighting and does a far superior job of cleaning and drying.

Dishwasher has worked very well cleaning our dirty dishes, which of course is its most important function
