Happy with the chair, but you need to know this assembly tip
Now that I have it assembled, I am VERY happy with the chair so far. Looks fine. Very sturdy.VERY happy with the comfort. I'm 6-foot tall; the lumbar support is fine and the headrest is fine for those times i decide to flop back. I could get the height right for me (an easy adjustment. The chair can be set to lean back or lock upright (an easy adjustment). The armrests are at a good, functional height and are padded nicely. Now - the trick to assembly: DO NOT tighten anything down until all pieces of the upper section have been assembled (Don't worry about the legs or the head rest, they are no a problem). Leave it all VERY loose. Otherwise, It is nearly impossible to line up the bolts to the wholes.Another trick - the easiest way to get the wheels all the way in is to carefully sit on the chair so the wheels will pop in.

Comfortable Chair for Office
Chair was pretty easy to assemble. It took me 20 minutes. Chair is very comfortable to sit in. Arm rests are comfortable. I am 5’5 and the headrest pushed all the way down fits my neck perfectly. Love the rocking action. Also, there was a little surprise USB cord attached to the back. Maybe I didn’t notice it in the description but I plugged it in and the lumbar support vibrates. Cool!

It’s not the Lamborghini of chairs, but it’s definitely a reliable Toyota that gets the job done.
I think this chair is perfectly worth the money. It’s not the best chair ever, but it absolutely gets the job done well. I can sit in it for hours without much discomfort at all (I’m 5’10’’ and about 180 pounds). I’ve had it for two months now, and I haven’t had any functional issues with the chair; it’s sturdy and works the way it should. My favorite thing about this chair is how it leans back; it’s awesome, and the degree of how easy or difficult it is to lean is adjustable. A couple of things I wish could be better though are the headrest and armrests. I don’t find the headrest particularly comfortable while I’m working at my desk, and it’s a little loosely fastened. The armrests are comfortable, but they’re not adjustable, so my chair can’t be fully pushed in under my desk when I’m not sitting in it. This chair has some pretty big lumbar support too, a little more than I needed to be honest, but it doesn’t really bother me. It would be nice if the lumbar support was adjustable as well, but all in all, it’s a budget chair. It has everything a normal, student or casual working chair needs. It was pretty easy to assemble. I feel like I kind of nitpicked the small gripes I have with this chair, they’re not even really gripes. I really like my chair. I spend a lot more time at my desk because of it. I would highly recommend it as a desk chair for students, it’s done wonders for me.

Fast and easy to assemble
I bought this chair because I needed a replacement for the previous chair I had. The pneumatic gas cylinder (PGC) quit working about 7 months (+/-) of owning the chair. I bought the insurance for it (glad I did). I decided to buy this chair instead of the same one like before (don't need the same recurring problem).I bought this chair a while ago (it was delivered March 27), but was waiting to see if I could use the other chair until it totally clunked out. I was getting tired of raising the chair up every 30 minutes, so it was time to put this one together.I like the fact that this chair came with an instruction book, not that is needed, but is there just in case. I also like the fact that it came very well marked, (I took some of the plastic off). As you can see, even by removing one of the plastic bags from the chair arm, I still know which one goes where because they are marked. When placing the gas cylinder mounting bracket on the chair seat, it states to put it towards the front. Well, the seat is also marked where the front is. I know you can probably figure it out, but it is marked to save the stress on the brain. Also, the kit they gave one extra screw each in case one were to be missing or maybe it got damaged/lost in the assembly process (good thinking). As far as time to assemble, I took the first picture at 1355 hrs (1:55 pm) and took the fully assembled picture at 1421 hrs (2:21 pm). So it took me under 30 minutes to take pictures and to put this chair together. I only used the Allen wrench supplied with the kit, I did not use any of my own tools.I won't know anything about the comfort just yet, well, because I just assembled it. After some time passes (a few months maybe) I will do an update of comfort and the PGC for the chair. A few months should be good to check if the PGC gave out or not.

It's a 40$ chair being sold for 90.
Pros: My cat loves it.Cons:- It might as well have no seat padding- Feels like it might tip over on you if you recline as far as it's designed to.- Back offers nothing in the way of support.- All materials involved feel cheap and scream "Manufactured at the lowest cost to increase profits"To summarize, read the headline. It's a very cheap uncomfortable chair that is far more expensive than it has any right to be. Spend your money on something better and cheaper.

Nice office chair with lumbar support that has a massage feature
The instruction manual was clear enough for me. It was easy to assemble it. The lumbar support and head rest are just the right size for me. There is an added feature on this chair that wasn’t described in the manual or in the product ad. The back support has a small pocket with a usb cable. Once you connect it to a computer or usb plug or usb battery pack, the lower back lumbar support vibrates. It’s a cool feature! The seat cushion is also comfortable.Update:The headrest has a support that forms a Y which worked for me. When I want to recline and rest my hands on top of my head, I just hold on to the head support. Which is a way for me to stretch and relax my shoulder blades...without the burden/weight of my hands on my head.

Not what it stands up to be.
I bought this by reviews. This chair is not comfortable at all back and ass hurt. It’s going back. I will go to office max to try them out before I buy.

Yep, it's a chair
Wheels don't work very well, and the lumbar "support" is shaped wrong. That said, I think some of these chairs that are being sent out under this name are NOT the brand they say they are. The manual I got said "vivachair as the brand". No idea who vivachair is but I'm willing to bet it's a knock off from China. Also, there is a USB plugin in a pocket on the back of the chair. No idea what that is for. The chair description didn't say it had to be plugged in. I was looking forward to a new office chair but instead I got this crap. Thanks amazon for the cheap crap!
