Good combination of vits D and K, though 1000 iu isn't a particularly large dose for anyone with a D deficiency. Relatively easy to swallow (I take mine just before a meal to push it down), very good value for a year's supply.

High strength D3 and K2. You get a good supply and you don't need to take these everyday, so it last a long while. They seem to help and they don't harm the body in anyway.Nice to have around the house when you need it. It is Vitamins and they do help.

I was told by the doctor a few years ago that most Uk adults are deficient in vitamin D and it's imperative to add a supplement to your diet especially if you work indoors for most of the day!These vitamins are a small tablet that's powder-based (rather than a capsule) they're really easy to swallow with or without water and don't really have much of a smell.It's a good-sized container for the price and should last quite a while :) Overall recommended

I have a diagnosed D deficiency which makes me tired and need to take supplements daily. These are okay - I usually take 2000iu strength but have felt okay since dropping to this 1000iu. The annual blood test will probably let me know if they're working. Seems good value for a years worth of pills.
