Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000mg 365 Softgels (1 Year Supply) - High EPA/DHA, Made in the UK

The Omega 3 capsules are such good value for money and this is my second purchase, when i think that at other well known companys are more than twice the amount you pay and these capsules are so easy to swallow and such good value for money.

Am using up a previous supply of fish oil pills, so I cannot rate some qualities of this brand, but can say I have had no problems wih this order thus far, and the price per pill is very good.

A year's supply of omega 3 fish oil for £14 - can't be bad surely?. These are well presented in a air-tight and water-tight canister and don't seem to have stuck together during storage like some other supplements I've tried. The capsules are HUGE but relatively easy to swallow with a big gulp of fluid. Trying to swallow them with a small sip of water or 'dry', I found impossible. There is no taste or after-taste associated with them. Taken at the recommended dose of one daily I suffered no side effects. On the other hand, after taking them for 10 days I can't say I've noted any significant benefits either.The widely acclaimed health benefits of fish oil range from relieving depression, through heart health and lowering cholesterol to reducing inflammation and even reducing risk of cancer. However, I've also read research which suggests there is no health benefit in taking these supplements when compared to eating a healthy and balanced diet, which might include fish or vegetable sources of omega 3. However, if you live on burgers and fries you might want to do yourself a favour and purchase this item.
