This thing literally made my life so easy, whenever I am wearing it , I even remember that I am on my period except the changing times, anyway for beginners like me when in your first time inserting a tampon please do it in the bathroom cause it can be a lot messy. While removing the tampon you can feel little uncomfortable, if after inserting a tampon it is hurting you remove it immediately it is not supposed to hurt you it just means that you have not inserted it further enough. For beginners i would advise you to first gather information about tampons from internet and then try this.
