REALLY HELPS WITH MY TRAINING
Since adding this to my supplements I've seen so much progress in my recovery time. I'm usually unbearably sore after my sessions especially that two-day window. I could barely get out of bed but after I began to add this to my pre workout and my protein shakes after training I noticed my soreness has decreased more than significantly. I still feel the burn. But its sweet. And I'm ready to train again sooner. Absolutely a must have for any athlete or gym rat. THE ONLY CON is the size. The bottle is pretty tiny so I will be looking for a larger one maybe from another brand.

False listing information & no returns!
The description of product listing says L-Glutamine, but this is NOT L-Glutamine. It is just Glutamine which is completely different and missing the molecule that makes it work for what I need. This listing is 100% misleading and false & the fact that the item can’t be returned means the seller knows this.
