Looks and work's really good and the sound of speakers are unbelievably good.
My nephew loves this hover board.i highly recommend. battery lasts long and the sound of the speakers are really good.

The Segway takes too long too charge and the chargers provided are not the right ones for the segway
I purchased this hoover board not long ago, i am very pleased with the product but the down side is that the hoover board isn't charging quickly. i charged it for several hours and it still is on 9% battery. not sure what the problem is.could anyone give any advice. i have the plug in the right way and the wall switch is turned on and the green light shows on the charger but the Segway isn't charging.

Smart device app not working, built-in sound at max & can't change!
First and foremost the balance board is great quality, arrived as described, well protected and safely.However, the smart device app is useless, with many reviewers on the Google Play and Apple App stores in agreement. One can connect to the balance board via Bluetooth easily enough (two "xxxxxxxxx-I" & "xxxxxxxxx-M" Bluetooth modes/profiles are transmitted from the balance board; I= Information & M= Music perhaps?)), but when one downloads and runs the smart device app, it just sits "scanning" for Bluetooth devices indefinitely, ultimately not connecting. Seems the app(s) haven't been updated or developed further since early 2018.Meanwhile, the balance board speaker is at maximum volume and can't seemingly be turned down! It makes a startup tune when powering on at the same volume and is incredibly loud!We're considering returning the balance board, as the smart device app feature was a key piece of information we used to make an informed decision prior to purchase, whereby it now offers nothing above other manufacturers of similar balance boards at a lower value-for-money cost.2 stars given as that covers the balance board quality and packaging only, thus affecting the overall experience including cost and expectations.

HOPE YOU LIKE FIXING THINGS
The main present for my lad on xmas he was gutted when it didn't work, didn't want to tell he would have to wait for the whole replacement process so on xmas day i had to take the thing apart and fix it, got it working how it should but still shouldn't have to fix the thing in the first place.
