I’m using this as my ‘multi-vitamin’. I figured I’d feel some difference with the B vitamins, energy wise, but I haven’t. My pee though is NEON yellow. Figures. So something is happening.I don’t like taking lots of pills and having to do 6 everyday is just....a lot. So I’ve stopped taking them. I’m sure someday I’ll take them again. They are packaged for daily consumption so you don’t have to sort that all out.
