Please make note of where it overlaps. If you don’t have a flexible measuring tape you can use a piece of string or yarn, mark where it overlaps and then place it against a yard stick or ruler to get your measurement. A Little Tight
The color and design were perfect, but the size was a little small. I know that the garter needed to be able to stay on as I walked, but I felt like it was almost cutting off circulation and was relieved when it was removed. I also received many compliments on it. I am really excited that they could be personalized and that there was "one to throw, one to keep."
