I started taking these tablets after a friend recommended upping my vitamin D to help me get over a recover form a serious bout of the flu. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks now. I find them easy to take as they are quite small. Although it's hard to really ever know how much a supplement is or isn't making a difference, I found thatI went from being in bed to being able to go to my work's annual convention within a week. I seriously didn't think I'd be well enough to attend. Taking these tablets was the only thing I was doing differently. On top of that, regardless of the flu, I would be looking to take a high strength Vit D during the winter months in England anyway, and I will be buying these again. I have been taking Vitamin D3 High Strength now for just over 3 weeks. Below are my pros and cons with this product. Pros: Muscles feel more loose and less achy (after a gym work out) Appetite stays reasonable Increased energy overall Cons: Can get heartburn - especially if you take on an empty stomach. ( follow the instructions) Overall this product is worth a go overall I my opinion this product can contribute a a healthy well being - however like anything you need to have a sensible diet and exercise regular to see a benefit. i received this item for free in exchange for an unbiased review.
