This is a great set if you're moving into a new place and want to start with a versatile set of pepper spices or if you want to freshen up your spice rack. (Obviously, you'll need other kinds of spices, too.) They're priced fairly and the flavor compares well to bigger grocery store brands. I wouldn't go so far as to compare them to premium spices from trendier specialty stores, but I'd also challenge you to tell the difference once they're swirling in a sauce with a half-dozen other spices.

This is well worth the cost and the flavor is great. The pepper flakes are great on pizza and the cayenne is good on everything. Never heard of this type pepper but it tastes great just comes out fast.

I wanted try another kind of pepper, and this collection turned out to be the type that I wanted, I never had the white pepper although I had seen it used in recipes. All three kinds of pepper were fine for me, and they can be regulated to suit your type of hotness.
