Here's my story and experience with the HealthyHey Potassium Citrate supplement.About 3 weeks ago, I hurt my lower back. Before that there was stiffness, but on this occasion, the muscle spasm from the injury was so severe that the pain felt unbearable. In the past, I would have resorted to hot and cold fomentation, rest, applying analgesic ointment, and more rest. Of course, all those things proved to be useful, but this supplement was the miracle I needed.While doing some medical research and watching videos on YouTube, I came across a video for rheumatism. In that video, mention was made of the beneficial effects of Potassium. Potassium from one's diet isn't enough to provide for the special needs of many. Because I was experiencing symptoms that seem to resemble what rheumatism feels like, I decided to order 1 bottle of this product. The first night, I took 1 capsule, and within a few minutes, it provided better and lasting relief than a muscle-relaxant could. I gradually increased the dose to 6 capsules in a day but never taking more than 2 at a time. The effect after my initial pain has gone is that my spine feels more relaxed and flexible, my muscle soreness heals faster, and generally, my energy level has improved. My appetite and sleep have also improved. That's why I say, this is like a miracle!Once again, I would like to remind you that this is my personal experience. As far as this product is concerned, this is as-good-as-it-gets. I have bought it to get relief from constant muscle cramps. Since started using this gradually my cramps got reduced to the point where I am no longer getting any cramps. One star rating less is because of a bit expensive and it gives out smell of chemistry laboratory.

I like this brand but potassium citrate has been weird. It hasn't even reached anywhere near expiry date and it has droplet formations.

The Healthy Hey , Pottassium Citrate capsules started watering , inspite of there being Desiccant pouch in the bottle. Nearly half the bottle was wasted. Very Disappointed...
