Granulated coffee. The granules look like fenugreek or methi seeds. You have to mix the granules thoroughly to get it dissolved.TASTE & AROMATastes fresh, strong with good aroma. I can't say this is the best coffee I have ever tasted but I could say that this is one of the best coffee that I've come across.ANY NEGATIVES?So far none. Amoung the flavors available I orders for a Dark chocolate.PACK - Packaging is very nice with Multiple layers and then additional black box pack. The coffee jar comes with a message from the CEO, that was kind of sweet. And that's when I searched for what this coffee is all about. It's a glass bottle but is very like unlike other glass coffee bottles that are so heavy that you are always careful opening themWell the Ingredients are not just coffee like other coffee that we consume... It has so much more and promises congnitive well being with Immunity boosting as well.Taste - If you like very strong aroma them Dark Chocolate Coffee may not be for you as it has got a mixed aroma of Dark Chocolate & Coffee. Perfect pick for the Chocolate lovers, who are confused what to have first - Hot Chocolate or coffee.It's best when had as Black coffee as then it really hits you hard and you feel energised.I also tried with milk and Jaggery and I am booked to this one.Frankly speaking first cup wasn't that great... I have been using this brand's coffee since 4 years just bc of Viral Kohli and the brand's unique ingredients w coffee and other actives. Recently since winter 24 they were nowhere on the market, now that they came the coffee is like sugar powder. Although I like the dark chocolate flavour for it's taste but there's no coffee aroma and not even freeze dried.Update: As of the Aug Auto-delivery, I can see they are freeze dried now even if they're comprising on the packaging, it doesn't matter. We just want the original taste and coffee content which was missing... I'll update ypu guys on that, kindly remind me as I haven't opened the recent one.

I love flavored coffee and it's the best I have had!! Really good. Caffeine content also on point. Size is reasonable too. It does not disappoint!

They have started compromising on quality of coffee since months and kept increasing the prices, stopped making freeze dried coffees and send near granulated coffee like Nescafe original while charging for premium freeze dried coffees, me and my partner were frequent buyers but unfortunately we will have to stop purchasing because of this and switch to some other brand. Keep buying expensive brand ambassadors for yourselves and mess with your customer satisfaction.
