Decent looking, crap quality Foakleys!
EDIT: After 6 weeks of careful use, the finish is flaking off the lenses. Badly enough that it is a distraction while wearing them. One photo is the mirror finish (obviously) the other one looking through the lens shows the discoloration in those spots.I found my father's Oakley Juliet sunglasses (yellow lenses) and was going to buy them off my mom, but NO WAY could I afford them for what they're worth. I don't care about name brands, so I bought these because they look similar. And BOY do they look similar. The easiest way to compare these to the Oakleys is to give you the differences.1) the case is obviously cheaper. The Oakley x-metal case has the recessed metal logo, this case is a sturdy case in itself, only a little flimsier than the Oakley, but the plastic logo is cheaply applied. I don't care, it works, and works well. The clip is attached to the case instead of the zipper like the Oakleys.2) The bottom screws are hex screws, not the Oakley star (or whatever they're called). The bridge has regular screws--I haven't tried adjusting anything yet.3) The lenses have “Polarized” etched into the bottom/inside. I cannot see it when I'm wearing them.4) These are noticeably heavier than the Oakleys when holding them both side by side, but the weight doesn't bother me.So, if you're looking for “Foakleys”, these do the trick. They're adjusted *very* tightly when you get them, so just be warned. They definitely squeeze my head, but either the joints have gotten better with a week of use, or I've gotten used to it, so it's not a big deal now. My head is average for an adult female, so if you have a big head, you'll definitely need to adjust them.
