Great vest.... if it had been made properly! Two uses and it fell apart
The vest would have been awesome. But the stitching was so poor that it came away on the second use. This isn’t torn or ripped, the stitching has just come away. I think this is a case of you get what you pay for.

They are a must have for healthy detoxification during weight loss.
What an amazing find does exactly what I wanted to. Slimming as well. Unlike the yellow and black neoprene diving suits this can at least be worn under clothes in the day if you don’t mind a slow sweat and not planning to be near anyone for very long. So whether you are working out or not, you can loose inches at all times. During workouts it gives me a good sweat strong soaking sweat without feeling constricted. I am a 8-10 and def prefer the S size even though it goes over my c cup boobs. I just pull it lower to allow my bra to sit over it but I can use it workout a bra then it just squeezes and holds my chest in place for me to do a workout. Sometimes I prefer it that way.It’s amazing and coupled it with leggings that have the silver lining and are similarly made, I choose to wear one for one day then goes into wash and the other the next to loose inches and cellulite around both my waist or legs.As you going a size smaller is best because it will be sung and do a better job of sweating and compresssing. But you can only put it on over your legs.

Difficult to put it on!
Difficult to put it one...maybe bigger size would help, not so sure. My all clothes are size S or M depends on style, I am pretty fit. But... this one to out on - dam hard job...maybe zipper with a little huks would save your day if you are ready to redo it yourself...Good luck!

L to an xl is a little bit on small size
It's comfortable to wear a little bit on the small size I would say it's a m to l in stead of l to xl

Worth a risk!
Good product but very very tight even though I bought 2XL! Tends to ride up so tucked in under the matching leggings works well. Fingers crossed it'll work!
