I have been using this serum for about 6 months now. I also use the Vitamin C serum and my skin looks amazing!I have used dozens of different brands of skin care products over the years. I still use a combination of products from different brands, but this Retinol serum has become 1 of my favorites.La Roche-Posay makes great products!

This makes my skin soft and maybe a little brighter. I like it enough to continue using it but I think it’s expensive for what u get so I started using it in the morning and a cheaper retinol serum at night. Will have to wait and see of if I think it’s worth it long term.

I experienced a pulling sensation when I tried using it three times a week, so I switched back to twice a week. But honestly, I love everything La Roche-Posay (probably my French side loving French skincare more than anything else here!).I didn't see spectacular changes (skincare remains skincare), but I probably didn't try it long enough. One bottle may not be enough. I haven't repurchased yet and tried their Mela B3 Serum instead.Overall, a solid choice for retinol beginners and sensitive skin types. This retinal is very effective — I noticed smoother texture and a healthy glow after a few uses. However, it does leave my skin feeling tight, especially if I don’t apply enough moisturizer afterward. I recommend using it at night and following with a hydrating cream to balance it out.

I just started the serum two days ago. My skin was noticeably softer and smoother to the touch after just one application. I know it takes a few months to get visible results, so I will update the review later.I find the smell mild and not off putting, as other reviews noted. I've had no dryness or other negative side effects - just very soft skin! I use a hydrating, gentle cleanser prior to applying the serum.

I feel like on the first use I have noticed a change on my face. Definitely will buy again.
