The media could not be loaded.  I was so excited about this product when I found it. We were in the process of moving so I only opened it to try it out once, and it worked great! Fast forward to just over a month later- I bust it out and start trying to use it to close up other bags (all chip type bags) and it just wouldn't work properly anymore. It would either only seal small sections, or even just rip the bag more open for me (I understand there is also stated in the listing that it is an opener as well, but I'm sure where the mechanism for that is, and surely it couldn't be the same as the sealer?)... Anyway, busted it out again today to try again and pray for the best but ya'll... this little thing COMPLETELY crapped out, won't even partially close a bag anymore , AND I'm over my return window so looks like I'm stuck with any :/

In spite of no instructions, I was able to quickly figure out that all you have to do is install 2 AA batteries according to the diagram on the inside of the unit, press the + for 5-10 seconds, slip the chip bag between the pads, press and drag across to seal. Works great. The - side is a little blade that cuts the bag open. The unit is off until the + is pressed to warm it up. I ordered 6 for stocking stuffers and all 6 work.

The heat sealing does not work well, maybe I need to work with it more but as it stands now I will probably put in the trash or my junk drawer and end up throwing it out down the road.

Does not come with instructions and mine did not work at all. Not worth the gas to go return it. Trashed it.

These bag sealers were totally useless. they would not heat to seal the bags and the cutter would not cut through a single layer of the thinnest paper I could find. I do NOT recommend these sealers for anything - ever

It did t work like it said it would . Waste of money

It does not work as promised. I tried to return but with Covid-19, not allowing me to return at Khols like before. I was not able to get it returned in time. I just wasted my money because this does not reseal my chip bags as promised.
